    I was really surprised how soon I received my e-bike. It arrived in heavy cardboard packaging. I had it assembled in about 1.5 hours. I rode it the next day and hadn't had that much fun since my teen years on a Moped. The bike is well made and is exactly as described. I feel it is a very good value for the money spent.

    Kind of don't know what to say....would've given a perfect review except that after I had my bike,I had sent a message indicating that I hadn't received a manual for assembly...no response....& a day later back tire was flat,so told them & assumed I could possibly get a new one & again,no response...soo,50/50 I spoze,if you're lucky to recieve it in perfect condition(as I THOUGHT I had.)then you're fine....co sucks at helping you with anything though...you're on your own
