    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

    make sure you read the disc. of product, I did not read and received ink for an later model of printer than I had, so I had to eat the cost.....but emailing this shipped he knew immediately why my printer did not work,,,,i wonder how many people lost their money ,,,, also they were not packaged as one item, shipped together but as singles,,, so show have realized there was a problem.....

    Great Value!

    Exactly as described and works flawlessly in my printer and is indeed 'authenitc' HP cartridge. The magenta color seemed a tiny bit off from what I would consider normal, otherwise, perfect!

    No magenta in ink cartridge

    The magenta is missing from the in cartridge. I have tried cleaning the print heads, and realigning and the test page says there is no magenta. Prints come out with a green tint.
