Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    HiteX store has been really great to work with , they are super helpful and very polite, item arrived four days after I had placed the order extremely quick shipping, the item did arrive with a little bit of damage due to miss handling from UPS most of it’s noticeable to the naked eye and only purely cosmetic. The monitor screen works perfectly as advertised.  the monitor was shipped in the original OEM box with all the original Styrofoam. And was neatly packed. Hands-down, a great value

    unopened and new was not the case

    Order this item as a new, unopened box. could tell when I got it it had been opened. Not until I went to install it did I find out that it had previously been installed and programmed with another person's internet and the 2 of the tabs that you installed the thermostat wires in were broken. I was able make it work, but it was not a new, unopened item.

    Great Thermostat for my home.
