      The item was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived damaged. The box for the item was crushed and torn and the windshield of the diecast was cracked. I contacted the seller on 3/17 with pics of the item. After a second message on 3/20, seller responded with "my cousin shipped it for me, and I will refund." I have yet to receive a refund, and messages sent on 3/22 & 3/28 have been ignored without a response. This is a low value item that could have been easily resolved but the seller won't respond.
