    Not as advertised

    I bought this product to replace my OEM system because the CD player did not work. Out of the box it was clean and looked great. Installation was quick and simple and my satellite radio subscription was immediately working. Tried playing a CD, would not load. None of the CD functions worked. By that time I was frustrated and went in the house. Next day with radio playing my cell rang, I hit the mute radio button, which is the button with a picture of a phone, it didn't work either. Continued trying everything I could think of to get the CD player to work. Nothing. I finally put my old radio back in. Curiosity got the best of me so I took off the top of the newly purchased radio and found four CD's still in it. I guess the previous owner knew it didn't work and decided to get rid of it. It ...

    They did exactly what they said they would.

    They fixed the radio for a flat fee and returned it promptly. Hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will definitely use them. Great communication. I actually spoke to a technician about my radio. Awesome.

    2007 Ford Fusion Radio

    I bought this factory 2007 radio because my old one was having the display go out and the CD player was not wanting to load my CD’s. This radio was a lot cheaper than the others for sale on Ebay by at least $100-$150. I loved the price and the look of this radio which is why I bought it. Just put the new radio in today and it works perfectly. Awesome awesome awesome!!
