I have taken this morning and night for over twenty years
I have allergies and tend to get sinusitis. This was recommended by my allergist and it really helps. She also recommended Costco's 24 hr Aller-Fex which I cut in half and Wal-Phed, which is Walgreen's store brand for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, 12 hr Nasal Decongestant Tablets. It is suddenly difficult to find guaifenesin (Mucinex) 12-hour in the marketplace. It was not available at Costco last time I checked. Other online prices are very high. What a relief to find it here for such a good price! This is the real product, works great and it was reassuring to see the expiration date posted before I bought. You can find generic guaifenesin in every-4-hour tablets, but if you have to take it every day for the rest of your life, this once every 12-hour option is just so handy.
