    Since over 6 years, I have always been reluctant to purchase anything on e-bay, the majority of sellers are dishonest people, and e-bay support is very ineffective, they play the buyer in such a way that they do not lose their commission. Thank God there is PayPal. Anyway, this is one experience I have not had on e-bay in years, the item description is as accurate as it gets, delivery time could be better, but it is not bad either. I did have to reorder the IC, however also received it fast. Installed and work correctly. They did make returning the incorrect item easy.
