This will take care of most of the circuit-board-related issues you will see with these turntables.Even if your turntable is working, you should still recap it.

Turntable still of use even with broken tonearm .
I saw value in this turntable even with the tonearm being broken .To be honest I never did liked the design of the tonearms that they put on those Technics anyway .When I bought it I knew that I was gonna mount a different tonearm on it.So the tonearm being broken on the turntable didn't bother me one bit because I was gonna take it off my self anyway .
