    Delivery date specified between five and 11 days. After quite some time, I found out the item was sent back to the seller due to an insufficient mailing address. I sent three messages to the seller and got no response. Seller sent another one without even telling me. I finally received the item about 3 1/2 weeks later. If they had only communicated with me, I wouldn’t be so angry. I was unable to bring the backpack with me to a special occasion.
