It does have a "Disney Resorts Shanghai" tag, but they are even more uncomfortable when initially putting them on than a real Disney ear. They dig immediately in to the back of your ear. I'll still take to wear to Disney, but these likely won't make it all day due to comfort. Item is as pictured. It was in a plastic bag with Made in China sticker on it. Shipping was prompt.
