    Monitor is great, but the Screen Management software by LG could use improvement.

    This is my 2nd one of these monitors. I love the picture quality and that I can display multiple windows on a single widescreen monitor. I didn't care for the on-screen window management software that came with the monitor. I ended up buying DisplayFusion software that allows me to split a single monitor into 2 or 3 windows and when I maximize a window, it maximizes to the edge of the "virtual" window I set up. The LG monitor software could not do that.

    Great Video Monitor for Music production and can hold up to gaming...

    In today's market, most people usually have two or more monitors. Its the world we live in. However, get yourself this monitor and the need for two monitors becomes less necessary. This monitor is well built and great image quality. This monitor looks great in my music studio/office. I tested it with a game and it certainly had a great refresh rate. However, this monitor is going to be used primarily in my music productions.

    Great display! You'll love it

    The only downside to this monitor I've found so far is that it only has one DisplayPort input. There are two HDMI's, but I had trouble obtaining full ultra-wide resolution using HDMI (possibly because I needed higher spec cables, but I dunno). DisplayPort handles the necessary bandwidth just fine--so having 2 would enable me to connect two systems and easily switch between them. I love this monitor otherwise -- so much so that I have 4 of them--all purchased as open box and had no issues at all!
