Which is about half of it’s life span so far from like new. But the visual condition is pristine and for half the price of it new, it was very much worth it!

The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
