It was put in a box with no packing material. When it arrived, there was a hole in the box from it sliding around during transit. Nothing was broken, but it could have been damaged.

With in hours they wanted to send me another one or refund i said I would take a another one .again will in 1 hour it was shipped and it was complete. Couldn't ask for better service will order again from them.
