    OMG!!! This item arrived on time, well-packed and organized with thought and care. The Normatec ensemble had EVERYTHING there, plus a carrying case, instructions and all individually wrapped and carefully packed. This was so unexpectedly thoughtful.     XTR M960 have replaced stock components on 2 touring bikes and 1 MTN

    Bot 3 of these. Had to add small missing parts to complete all 3. Two are installed & functioning well. Minor cosmetics. I have a 3rd hanging around JIC.
