This is an uncertified coin and as such was probably a selection from a roll of coins. I also cannot fault the seller, again because this is an uncertified coin and hence the condition is just part of the random selection process. The seller did OK in packaging the coin for shipping; however, I do feel the cost was a touch high for a few coins.
