The seller gave me a great deal when I voiced a few concerns before I purchased it, and accepted my offer, so while the doll needs work, which I could tell from the pictures, the seller worked with me on the price. She was very gracious throughout the entire sale. The doll was well packaged. The shipping was free, so that was definitely a great deal. All in all, a great experience. Excited to restore her to a better condition. She’s already having her first “bath.”

It was shipped quickly and the packaging was very secure with no damage to the item. I was very surprised as it is bigger than I expected which I like. And it is in perfect condition without a mark or nick on it at all. It is a great value for what I received. I am very happy with this seller and item and recommend them.

If the tumbler wasn t dented prior to shipping, it s soft packaging did not protect it from shipping damage. I think this Seller is conscientious and wants its customers to be happy.
