    The item was what I wanted but they shipped it in a cheap cardboard box inside a envelope. Of course it arrived damaged. Reached out to the seller and they offered a refund but I managed to straighten out the tool so it could be used. I didn't want to go through the hassle of ordering another one. Seller needs to do a better job packaging items.
