    This seller is trying to claim that she refunded the base amount due to sending the wrong item and the item broke when I took it out of the box. I ve asked her at least 6 times to look and who and if she actually gave a refund but she refuses to do so. I paid over $78 dollars for what I thought was a indoor grill with a glass viewing window. She sent me one without a viewing window that broke just pulling it out of the box. I am now revising down from my previous seller communication statement.
