    I PURCHASED A USED WEATHER RADIO WITHOUT THE "OWNERS MANUAL' NOT A GOOD IDEA!

    THIS ITEM IS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE WITHOUT THE OWNERS MANUA. ACCIDENTALLY I FOUND A WAY TO TURN IT ON AND RECEIVE "WEATHER RELATED" WARNINGS,BUT NOTING ELSE, THIIS IS OKAY WITH ME BECAUSE ALL I WANTED WAS THE NOAA. TORNADO WARNINGS.
