    This is a great addition to a collection of of old comedy's.

    Francis the talking mule is one of most funniest comedy's ever produced back in the 50's. Love watching each movie over and over . Donald O'Connor was the perfect actor for this type of comedy.

    Francis the Mule - the precursor to Mr. Ed.

    The first six movies were great, but the last of seven in the series (with Mickey Rooney replacing Donald O'Connor) was terrible. It was still fun to watch them again. Aside from #7 being a dud, the only issue was a formatting issue which if I recall correctly happened with the first two discs. After seeing the first movie, I had to use the Panel Controls and go to "Title" in order to go back to select the second movie on the disc.

    Love these old(er) movies! Francis series is great, feel good entertainment. Brings back memories of happier times for us all. Love this kind of humor, we need more like this. DVDs are top quality and the movies have been digitally remastered, so they are clear. Thank you!

    It's hilarious! Way before my time but I love the then the United army "air-core" off of the runway look at all those "P-51D MUSTANG'S sitting there! Definitely post war either was '46 or '48yrs! Could tell that's what they were because of their famous "bubble tear drop canapes! 😉👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
