    MOWER DECK CABLE

    This was a very good replacement cable for our Sears riding mower it fit great and works great at a very good price. It would have been nice to have some installation instructions, it will only go on one way. but once I figured it out it was simple. If you try to start at the wrong end (on the mower deck) it appears to be too short and I almost returned the cable. but then I tried starting from the other end it was easy to install.

    I have owned this mower for over 10 years with the original deck engagement cable. I have purchased 2 of these cables now; the first lasted a week and the second lasted less than 1 hour. I am having a very difficult time trying to purchase one with a higher quality because they don't mention who makes them. It is a crap shoot on trying to find one made well! Very disappointed!

    Good cable exacly like the original.

    Needed a new cable for my Huskee 3800 mower deck. This item was exactly like the original and works well. Old one broke at where it connects to the mower deck handle. Old one lasted for 10 years, so hopefully this one will too.
