    This is the worst health/diet book I have ever read in my life. As if Atkins wasn't bad enough this takes the ball and runs with it. He suggests so much fat that he thinks it is acceptable or even palatable to put 4 tablespoons of butter in your coffee every morning !!!!!! Meat, meat, meat and more meat, a couple of berries a day, very little vegetables, and no fruit apart from the few berries, no bread, cereal, rice........ No wonder the real meaning of diet is ' die with a t ' Ugh
