The laptop itself looks very good; very few scratches/bumps. The keyboard shows signs of minimal wear, which I don't have a problem with. The screen looks good, too. It's a bit dusty, but I suppose it's from shipping. The laptop also came with the charger, which is great. I understand the seller does not speak English natively, so communication was minimal. Minimal but polite I might add.
