    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

    Didn't work with my laptop but it works for my son's laptop so I kept it. Check your laptop for compatibility - it has something to do with the type of usb C port it plugs into, the one in your laptop.

    I bought this travel dock for my Dell XPS. Those who have used Dell (or currently use) know how picky they can be. This Targus works like a charm. When connected, don’t move the HDMI cables too much, or else it will affect the display.
