The second shipment (which I asked for, as I preferred a replacement) was ALSO damaged in transit but the shipping company still delivered it to me anyway, with two containers badly dented and two actually punctured. Seller was very nice about it all, offering a quick refund on the two that were punctured, but I do wish shipping companies would be MORE CAREFUL of items being shipped! I blame FedEx entirely!!!!
