I cannot be sure what happened in shipping to the filter, but I thoroughly all my custom parts for proper fitment before they ever make it online. I have had experiences with bent carburetor screws in the past interfering with fitment and shrunken resin intake blocks on the Husqvarna chassis, so wondering if you checked all other intake components on your application? Fitting new parts to used vintage machines sometimes isn't straightforward. Best to you, PPP
