    Don't use if you have hemerroids. Do your research.

    This did help alot. I was only able to do the cleanse. Should read all disclosure prior to making a purchase. For example, if you have hemerroids. This will make your life a living hell. This is why I only lasted 3 days. But those 3 days I did see a difference and see improvement with my digestive system. Just research like is hold have.

    Stomach ache

    It's too early to tell. I used it for 4 days and had such a bad stomach ache I couldn't take it for another 3 days. It is now a week later and I still have a stomach ache. I'm not knocking it, it sure did what it claimed to do. going 3-5 times a day.
