The earc ports and hdmi 2.1 ports and usb c pd port and kvm functionality make this the best gaming monitor as well as work monitor. Note if the usb c port has higher bandwidth then it could handle 4k at 144hz but it could only handle 4k 100hz with DSC on. So on your work pc it won’t have the high refresh rate. For the gaming side using hdmi 2.1 you get the full 4k 144hz with DSC off. The condition was refurbished but looked new. So that’s good.
