In reality, they flatly refuse to deliver at all and would not have tried even once. By the time I realised that Orange (international carrier distributor) had chosen Evri/Hermes, it was too late and the item went back to China. The vendor was exemplary at communication and refunding. Sadly they are powerless with Orange. I felt so sorry as I would have loved these beads.
