    RAW COCOA

    I decided to start using this as a substitute for coffee. It's been treated so as to take the acidity out of it. It's also believed that raw cocoa helps lower blood pressure and keep cholesterol down and is good for the heart. It's not like so called chocolate drink mixes you get at the store which have all kinds of fillers and additives in them. It's the pure stuff. It has a bitter taste but you could put raw sugar or honey it to make it sweet. I would highly recommend it as a substitute for coffee and tea which has a lot of caffeine.

    This cocoa powder comes in a 5lb bag that opened easily and dispenses smoothly. It has a deep flavor that is rich and smooth. I'll probably buy it again in 6 months. yes we use a lot of cocoa powder.

    Take it from a chocoholic!
