However, upon contacting seller for return, response was fast and seller returned payment without requesting item to be shipped back to them.     Seller was quick to respond to my question about where is my package. ordered from a US company so I could get it quick. The shipping partner shipped it out on June 14 USPS did not receive it until June 24. I did not receive my package until July 1. I don’t think it shipped from the US but they had to wait for it to come in from a different country not sure? but I did get my product. It does work well for my little dog so I am happy with that. the shipping time just sucked.
