    Item was as described and was shipped quickly by the seller. Unfortunately, the cpu socket on the motherboard was damaged by the cpu cover coming loose during shipping. Seller was quick to respond with remediation options, but in the end I decided to try and fix the damage since shipping back and forth seemed wasteful for the value of the motherboard. Despite this issue, I would buy from this seller again.

    The shipping was relatively quick, and the packaging was securely wrapped bubble wrap around the device. Initially, the laptop didn't work well (memory was faulty), but the seller quickly resolved the issue and went as far as to send me a replacement part with upgrade! Absolutely phenomenal service, and everything else about the device is as described. Great value for everything I got for the very device I'm typing this review on right now. Thanks!

    The board arrived quickly and was packaged securely with an anti-static bag and bubble wrap. Unfortunately, there was a bent and broken capacitor along the bottom. I was able to reach the seller right away, and they just as rapidly offered a replacement with priority shipping. In the end they even let me keep the damaged board. Nomad Tech Renew handled everything very professionally, and I would certainly recommend them.
