When i had purchased this flip phone, I couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Seller was very helpful and responds quick, within a couple hours. This is quick compared to many other sellers. A few scratches on each corner, but that is expected from a used flip phone. Flip phone was quite clean and well packaged. Also arrived very quick. I suggest buying from Nakanoyama-JPshop if you want a good experience.
