    good as basic inkjet printer

    Pluses: works very well with Linux, cheap ink, reliable. Minuses: the printing head is part of the printer, rather than ink cartridge, and thus it is harder to unclog when the ink dries out.

    Is easy to set up but it uses all colors for everything prints light uses most of the starter ink with set up so be pepared to buy extra ink when u order this printer

    Small Town Man Wows Neighbors With New Printer!

    It's a darn good printer and I wish I had the funds to buy a few of them and just store them away. The print output is excellent for the price. I have other printers, HP & A Canon....and this one puts both to shame. I'm quite satisfied!

    Epson C-88+ printer is a game changer for first day cover cachet printing!

    I have been using this ink-jet printer for over ten years and still find them on the after-market, but not in the stores. It is able to print in a 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 inch size space, just right for my collectable envelopes. The cartridges are still available in stores and recycled cartridges are a lot cheaper from vendors, Cheers, Al in Fairfield, CA
