    Some assembly required (duh!) Very solid unit! For the price, very happy! I will only caution this, if you mount too many "front heavy" items (as I foolishly did in my music studio) and roll the rack forward, it does risk colliding face first into the floor. Just watch out where the wheels are when leaving standing, and you'll be good.
