    Great for communication after my husbands stroke!

    My husband had a stroke 16 yrs ago. Had lots of problems with making sentences that made sense. Couldn’t find the right words, etc. Holistic Dr. Recommended this product that i call PS. Within 30 days it was like someone “turned the lights on” !!!!! He took 200 mg a day with breakfast. I stopped giving them to him after him taking them 3 yrs as he was almost back to normal. Now i started them again after 13 years as sometimes he has the problem with his communicating. I am starting them again so he doesn’t lose what he has!

    First time using this brand

    I have been taking phosphatidylserine for many years now. In the past I have always taken Country Life Phosphatidylserine (NOT the complex) but it seems as if they are discontinuing that product in favor of the Phosphatidylserine Complex (which I personally do not find to be nearly as effective. The quality and price point for the Solgar version seems to be an acceptable replacement. I will be buying it again in the near future

    Good stuff

    After research, I bought this for my 9 yr old to help improve his focus at school & to hopefully pass the mandated i-read in IN for 3rd grade reading. After only being on it 1 1/2 mths, he passed the test!!!! He went up 26 pts on his test, prob w/taking this supp, tutoring & diff whole food vitamins (mega food). We are very pleased & will continue this instead of ADD meds.
