    Unfortunately item arrived damaged that probably occurred during shipping. Item was not packaged properly for shipping. Was shipped in a plastic wrapped envelope. However, upon contacting seller for return, response was fast and seller returned payment without requesting item to be shipped back to them. This goes to show that customer satisfaction is important to seller rather than just simply selling on ebays platform. Thank you very much for your prompt response and understanding.

    Seller was quick to respond to my question about where is my package. ordered from a US company so I could get it quick. The shipping partner shipped it out on June 14 USPS did not receive it until June 24. I did not receive my package until July 1. I don’t think it shipped from the US but they had to wait for it to come in from a different country not sure? but I did get my product. It does work well for my little dog so I am happy with that. the shipping time just sucked.
