The jeweler my mom recommended had an issue, saying it was designed for 2.5mm gems and adjusting it would damage the ring. I contacted Jewelryhere09, and they were understanding. After some back and forth, they made it right!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10, color me impressed by the customer service. I would recommend them to my friends. I am a lifelong customer after this roller coaster. Thank you.
