    Package arrived meticulously packed, reusing materials. I applaud them for that. But that is the end of my accolade. 2 Nativity figurines. I received 1 that I ordered, and another that I did not. The missing wiseman was the desired item. Seller offered partial refund. I said that I wanted the item that I purchased. Response “That is not an option”. (Could have been told, if broken or sent elsewhere, prior to shipping) Seller returned the entire amount, but I don’t have the desired figurine.
