    Bought movie from seller. Prompt service / shipped quickly /appeared undamaged. MANY GLITCHES WHEN WATCHING it. It was lower price than other options for same movie / shipping was more reasonable. I BELIEVE I UNDERSTAND WHY PRICE as it was. ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT / ALTERNATE MOVIE THEY LISTED but was REFUSED. I'd need to pay shipping / not option due to my cost. They sold it KNOWING CUSTOMER WOULD NOT RETURN. THEY KNEW IT WAS DEFECTIVE and SOLD IT ANYWAY

To our understanding from your messages are… You don’t want to return the defective item to us because you don’t want to pay shipping. Even though our policy states it’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay for returns. You also want us to send you a different movie for FREE and PAY for shipping.
