    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

    Fast shipping on these must-have markers!

    On the one hand, I didn't realize this was a Walmart brand. After checking it out, one can buy them cheaper direct from Walmart. So in that sense, no, not a good value. My bad for not checking it out. ~HOWEVER - on the other hand, one must look at the whole picture, at least I do. The free shipping, the convenience of having this delivered to my mailbox in super fast time means to me = yes, it IS a good value for me. I use and need these at work. My employer does provide them but workers destroy, steal, trash or remove them, so I decided to get my own supply for my shift's crew. Now I have peace of mind bec I have plenty for my shift to use.
