    Really does work

    I have has a few of these, they work so well and are great for picking up all the little bits of rubbish that stick to the car. I just wash the car as normal then use a fresh bucket of soapy water with the mit. You can hear it working and then can hear when its done. I have used it to pick up light overspray, and tar, even off the chrome bits. Just watch when you go over badges/logos etc as it will sometimes catch on the corners of the letters.

    Nowhere near as good as a clay bar

    Having used a clay bar many times in the past and only being able to do a very small area at a time, I thought I'd give this mitt a go. Yes, you do large areas at a time but unlike a normal bar, you can't see the contaminants as the mitt is dark. Also, the car didn't look and feel as good once completed, as it would a bar. I won't be buying again.

    Easier car cleaning

    It is easier than using a traditional clay bar, although it does not quite match the quality of finish. You must use light pressure or you can leave marks on the paint. Mitt does not clean completely when washing afterwards but still works well. Overall a good product

    Recommended

    I have never clayed a car before and was considering trying it out with a clay bar, until I saw this which sounded a lot easier. I was amazed how well it works. I used water with car shampoo as a lubricant and wiped the mit gently over the clean paintwork. On the first pass I could feel the slight roughness of the contaminants on the paint surface. After a couple more passes the finish felt perfectly smooth, like glass.

    So easy to get a great finish.

    Never used a clay bar or mitt before and was amazed the difference it made to my paintwork and so easy to use didn't take long to get my paintwork silky smooth. Just washed my truck let it dry sprayed the detailer on area working on and onto the mitt stuck to horizontal motion could feel the strokes getting easier each pass. 2weeks on and still pretty clean and water just beads off. Great product. Oh remember to wash the mitt you will feel it getting sticky so you know its clean.
