Everything about the buying process and listing details was great. It's just the headphones themselves that fall short. I'm disappointed in the active noise control , as it does not block out nearly as much as I hoped, even at the highest level. The clamping force is also very weak, and the full weight of the headphones rests on my head. The fit is very loose overall and they do not feel secure on my head.
