I went to a jeweler to make sure I ordered the right width band to be sure it would fit. Unfortunately, the pins of the new band did not align to my watch face, so I was very disappointed it would not work. This is not the fault of the seller. They immediately accepted my return and gave me my refund. Truly exceptional customer service. However, I am still waiting for a shipping label to send the watch band back.
