Great Balance of Cost and Features
I just bought this to listen to my music which is stored on my laptop (which has crummy volume and sound quality). This speaker works great. It has great sound quality and plenty of volume. It is easy to connect it to bluetooth on my laptop. I can carry it anywhere in my house, even to different floors and it stays connected. It has a nice big knob for adjusting the volume which I really like. I don't need to search around for some kind of electronic switch to make the volume go up or down. It has a nice quality feel to it. The battery lasts for quite a while. I haven't needed to charge it during a work session (4 or 5 hours). I would highly recommend this item to anyone who wants a good quality remote bluetooth speaker for a low price. The only cons I can think of is that it doesn't ... Big sound from a small source
This is my second one of these speakers to purchase. They're handy, portable, have a great sound quality for the size, and in the case of this purchase, inexpensive. I've owned cheaper, but not better than Philips brand. From now on, Philips is my brand of choice for bluetooth speakers

A very nice small Package BLUTooth Speaker
I like this little speaker. I also own the earlier model that was specially made as a speaker phone. This unit only works like that if you switch it to that mode, meaning that when I use it as a regular BT speaker you can't talk to the phone through it. Other then this one has better tone, more bass and has surprising good fidelity. For the price I was thinking of buying a couple more as gifts. Thumbs Up!I like this little speaker. I purchased one of these Bluetooth rechargeable speakers for myself a year or so ago. I connected this to my iPhone and played some songs through my iTunes account for a friend. He was impressed with the sound quality / item is made of good quality / and the battery life is good as well. A 2 hour drive home in traffic and never lost connection, sound quality and levels remained the same and battery did not need recharging throughout our drive.I purchased one of these Bluetooth rechargeable speakers for myself a year or so ago.
