'Sound quality is good and clear but the volume feels like it is at half when turned up to full. Shocking because I always relied on this brand. Certainly not one of their finest creations. I bought 2 I was so sure I'd like them. Oh well.' Take that back. Rewind. I found the audio control in my player - made some adjustments and 'BOOM'! There's the volume I was missing. Incredible grooves while listening to Maxwell, Madonna and J pump the way I expected from Plantronics! Great headset!

They're very nice, light weight, and they fit well, but the sound was not there for me, I tried wearing them in my office they were fine but once out on the floor (Automotive Ford facility) they seemed lower in quality when your in a louder area and that's why I say the sound was not there for me. I know the sound won't be the same but I have had other like a wired and unwired pair of Sony's that did better.π

I read from a lot of user-reviews that the sound quality is poor, and the battery sucks. Well, that is wrong! I chose these ear buds anyway, because it is the only ear bud I could find that is: Usable at mono/stereo headset (as in you can use it with just wearing only one ear bud). It is virtually the only "around-ear" fit, not "on-ear" or "over-ear", with ear buds that go in your ear, but not in your ear-channel. Standard ear-buds have this hard lump thing that you need to push in your ear. Well I hate them, it feels uncomfortable and can even hurt after a while. And they also clog my ear so I can't hear my surroundings. I want to hear the surroundings, I don't want to "noise-cancel" that out. These Plantronics BackBeat ear buds are perfect for that. The sound is very good. If I am in a not loud environment, I can clearly hear all the high tones, and the bass is pretty strong. You can twist the orange ear bud about 45 degrees compare to strap to fit your comfort. You can use it in stereo and mono. (I use it mono in my left ear most of the time.) One ear bud is the "Primary" that connects to you Bluetooth device, while the other connects to the "primary"-ear bud. And you can switch which is the "primary". The button on "primary"-ear bud functions as play/answer/next/previous/pair/On/Off-button, while the button on other ear bud is just for volume+/volume-/On/Off. You can use as mono by ONLY turning on the "primary" and leaving the other off, or by leaving the other in the charging box. Both left and right sound will go to the "primary"-ear bud then. But you have no control of the volume on the headset. You need to adjust that on your phone/pc/laptop/TV/.. Some say the battery sucks. Well I charged the box and been using it for 3 full days now, and it is still not half empty. The specs say the charging box has 2 full charges in it. Well the ear buds are 90mAh, and the box had 760mAh. Well 760mAh/(90mAh*2)=4 charges according to me. (Or 8 charges if you only use 1 ear bud in mono.) The charging box also has a tiny 6cm long USB-A to USB-micro cable. So all you need is a USB port to charge. So far after 3 days of full use I am very happy with my ear buds. :)Read full review

I bought the product and it did come in the original packaging and properly, but the audio quality is very poor in a way that can not be ignored. (As if it comes through a hollow tube) Maybe the audio problem only exists in the headphones I got as a result of a defect. Anyway I sent a message to the headphone manufacturers to get ideas for a solution

Brought for someone else. They are very pleased with them. Especially the fit for the ears, see they have very small ears and been having problems finding earbuds that would fit amd stay in These were perfect for that.

I had the previous banded version and it was good until one of the ears starting not working...This new bandless version is better -- so more getting caught in any headgear I might wear (especially in winter) and the charging case is much easier that the plug version where the door eventually broke on the last pair...Time will tell but for now I am very pleased with these.

They work, but are a bit less than expected. They cut in and out, they need to be adjusted with the app to get an acceptable music sound quality. But overall... happy I bought them.

These headphones are wonderful and clear sounding. I have the around the neck model also and swap them out as batteries need charging. They stay in place during various activities like biking, walking, jogging. Reasonably priced and good warrantee.
