Such a heavy item should have shipped inside another box. Especially since Shipping was $47.90 .
I felt lucky the 18 lb. disposal arrived without evidence of damage, bumps, or bruises as this isn't a "second". However the factory box arrived sore, damaged. I believe while in transit.
Haven't installed it yet, I trust works fine. All in all this was a good purchase even though the order was slow to ship. Experience rated as Positive, as the disposal inside arrived intact.

Fast shipping and the tool was exactly as described. Factory packaging was perfect. Just wish it was inside a box to be more discreet instead of a Kobalt tool on my front porch. Otherwise, no complaints!
