    I purchased a refurbished rugged laptop. It arrived in the time frame promised and in fine condition. There was a small problem that I didn't notice it until after the brief guarantee window had passed. It had well and truly passed. Regardless, reached out to Global PC parts just to ask for a price for the part (spare battery) that had a broken clip. Their response was quick and surprising. They offered to send another one. Just like that. I'd refer a friend to these folks.
