The package took almost 2 weeks to get here, only to find out they are women’s boots. Yes they sent a return label for me to send them back, but come on, an apology is definitely in order. I’m a seller also, been with eBay since 1999. Your buyer didn’t asked to be waiting 2 weeks, ending up not being what you listed, have to spend their time corresponding pictures etc., about your mistake, packing item up, driving to p.o., spending their money for printer, ink, packing materials, gas, etc.
