    Everything it claims to be

    This device was received quickly and ready to go out of the box. It has been a great replacement for the only other unlimited data plan I can get at my home, Verizon DSL. For comparison, I consider myself lucky if I can get 1 down/.5 up on Verizon DSL and as I currently write this, the DSL isn't working at all. This hotspot however has tested as high as 25 down/7 up and I can't wait to see what it does once I hook a directional antenna up to it. It performs well, even with the dozen+ devices using it for data and the connection is always available. I don't usually buy from Ebay and I was a little skeptical but I am so glad I made this purchase and the better-than-expected performance makes the monthly fee to keep the data flowing a lot easier to swallow.

    minor problem initially and unknown alert message.

    Went to Verizon and got the unlimited data package ($70/month). After 2 days I had a message on the AC791L "1 alert requires attention", nothing in messages and people at three different Verizon stores have no idea what it's about. Hot spot continues to work when with alert notification. My VIZIO smart tv kept losing connection for first three or four days but now seems to stay connected (could have been issue with the tv, but I'm not sure). Reset tv to original settings to clear network connection about three times before it remained connected. Seems pretty reliable now.

    Handy little brick . . . .

    It's a little bigger and heftier than most of the mobile hotspots that have come before it, but it seems to perform according to specification. I've only found one place where it can't pull a 4G signal, and it's been solid on the road traveling I-5 from Mt. Shasta down to Sacramento. The battery does hold a good charge, possibly enough to support 24 straight hours of use as claimed, but I haven't found a need to test the limits. I certainly don't have to worry about it. I haven't tried to connect the device to anything physically except the charger, no idea how anything works except what I've used. In all, I am satisfied with this purchase and consider it a good value.

    The Truth

    It's everything it says it is plus. I have a laptop & 3 iPads & my PS4 plus my phone all connected at once for over 100+hours & it handled it well. It disconnected my phone one time in that process but other than that it's a MUST HAVE! I really approve this jetpack. I drive 18 wheelers all over the country & I have all my electronics running continuously all the time. It's a little pricey $150 bucks a month but its well worth it if you want unlimited internet all the time no matter where you go.

    I love it works great at home or when I travel.

    This the second one I purchased thru ebay. The first on just did not work and was from a different vendor, had no problem getting my money back. The second one works great it is new and the other was a used or refurbished one. This is not my first Jetpack, I have had one for at least 8 years and wanted to upgrade. If you want your own internet where ever you are these are great.
